It is important when studying creativity within a professional work environment, especially the journalistic context, to recognize the nature of the relationship between psychological variables and organizational culture in terms of the work environment, individual creativity, and organizational innovation.
Therefore, this research paper will study the relationship between each of the psychological capital in its four dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, flexibility, and optimism), as well as the professional dimensions represented in (training and job experience, work relations, and pressures, job satisfaction, creative performance, and finally the stage of decision-making of the creative idea). However, the creative performance will be studied with its three stages represented in the stage of generating the innovative creative idea, the stage of incubation and formation of the direction towards the innovative creative idea, and the stage of inspiration or enlightenment that corresponds to the decision.
