Job satisfaction of public relations practitioners in Egyptian government institutions

Abstract

The present study seeks to identify the determinants of job satisfaction among employees of Egyptian government agencies by applying on public relations practitioners in these agencies, as they are the interface of government agencies and those who deal directly with those dealing with them, in light of the ambiguity of information about the satisfaction of public relations practitioners about the new civil service law. Are the articles included in this law sufficient to achieve job satisfaction and eliminate the problems they face related to promotions, incentives, workplaces, pensions and other determinants that lead to job satisfaction, and that will be conducted through comparing between public relations practitioners subjected to the application of the Civil Service Law and those who are not subjected to this law.
