Abstract

The research aims to identify the most important challenges that face the educational media specialist on adopting the technological application on the scholastic newspapers websites through monitoring the vocational challenges, the administrative restrictions, the psychological and social challenges, the challenges related to the application skills and the challenges related to the technological application which may hinder the educational media specialist from adopting the technological application on the electronic newspapers websites in pre-university education schools as there are more effective challenges. This study has applied the descriptive method. It has used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting the required data. This study has been applied on a random sample of about 230 from male and female media specialists (Journalism specialization) at pre-university education schools in all the nine cities of Al Menoufia  Governorate. Also, the study has shown the challenges related to adopting the technological application came the first, concerning the challenges that faced the specialist on adopting the application on the electronic newspapers websites at pre-university education. the results have shown statistically significant differences among the degrees of the researched on the scale of the challenges related to the administrative aspects and the scholastic environment,  the challenges related to the psychological and social aspects, the challenges related to the application skills and the challenges related to adopting the technological application for  male variable. There have been statistically significant differences among the mean of the researched on the scale of the challenges of the specialization  experience years and the training courses.
