Factors influencing the News priority arrangement in Iraqi satellite channels from the point of view of news workers

The research problem we are dealing with that can be summarized by answering the following questions:
A. What are the most prominent responsibilities and powers of the contact person for working in the newsrooms or field of Iraqi satellite channels?
B. What are the most important considerations and professional standards in arranging, selecting and drafting the news that news professionals place among their priorities?
C. What are the factors affecting the selection of news sources that newsroom  employees place among their priorities and how to deal with them?
D. What types of news coverage of news reporting and incidence of latest news are priorities?
E.What are the considerations and professional standards that newsroom employees place among their priorities when covering local, Arab, regional and international events?
F. What are the most prominent attitudes that news employees put about some of the professional practices and standards they are exposed to during their daily work in newsrooms.
Main results:
1- (58.24%) of the respondents participating in the search expressed their agreement with the media and news policy of the channel,while (41.76%) indicated that they do not agree with that policy.
2- (87.91%) of the respondents assert that they have a decision to change or criticize the channel’s policy from newsrooms, while (12.09%) of the respondents stated that they do not have any decision in this regard.
3- (Half) of the respondents participating in the research indicated that they did not benefit from other satellite channels in building ideas and work contexts
4- The high agreement of the respondents with the instructions issued by the direct official in the work inside the channel and not opposing them, as (81.32%) of the respondents indicated that for several reasons, first of which is (I find them correct and professional) and (because they fit my previous directives and beliefs).
