Abstract

The main question of this study is: to what extent are the social network sites can enhance accepting the other with different political opinion?
In other words , are the social networks sites helped in preserving the social capital and creating bridges between people even if they are having different political points of view or the social networks can be considered as isolation gates for only people with the same opinions and refusing the different other .
The main result of this study is there is a huge effect of social networks on publics as they can whether to keep their relations with others as keeping their social capital or exclude them at least from the virtual society especially in this study it found that people with different political views exclude each other through internet 
Also this study found that according to the strong social capital people in relationships should have same opinions or their relations could suffer from separation and isolation
And the role of social networks increases in the crises and debates as it allows the free discussion between publics more that the interpersonal communication processes
