Abstract

This study sought to lay out several questions related to the motives of using modern means of communication technology in terms of services and effects that they had on the knowledge, scientific and cultural level among university youth, through the multiple uses of its various means. Therefore, this study chose the students of Al Qasimia University as a simple, purposive and available sample. Being one of the important educational sites in the United Arab Emirates, and thus knowing the size of this effect on their scientific and cognitive level, using the analytical survey method as being a structured scientific approach that describes, accurately and objectively, the reality and essence of this technology, as well as the emergence and development, the advantages and improvements and the means used, and the reality of benefiting from it.
