Abstract

The current study focuses on exposing the extent to which women depend on various “traditional/new” media to obtain information about the field of plastic surgery as well as monitoring and analyzing the factors and variables affecting their dependence, and the effects of dependence on their decisions to perform plastic surgery. This will be conducted through studying and analyzing the different dimensions of that dependence, represented in (dependence intensity - the objectives of the dependence - the effects resulting from the dependence). This is conducted by using survey and comparative methods.
