Factors affecting political polarization among young people on social networking sites.

Abstract

This study seeks to uncover the phenomenon of political polarization among Egyptian youth on social media, and to search for the factors that influence the formation of this phenomenon, and the variables that govern it. Young people were chosen from among other age groups because they are the heaviest users of these sites and the most interactive on them.
