The study focuses on the possibility of developing a future vision on the part of practitioners and academics to activate the role of the media education specialist in developing creativity and innovative thinking among students. This is conducted through distributing a questionnaire over a random sample of 120 respondents who mainly work in teaching in schools and universities. Main findings indicate the differences between respondents in their perception of the media education specialist job.
