Abstract

Based on the vital role of television with its characteristics as a promotional means in spreading the investment culture to the public, the problem of this study is determined in researching the promoted level of confidence to invest in government projects according to Egyptian expatriates, specifically in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, it studies the actual reflection of the investment movement in those projects.
The importance of this study stems from:
- The importance of television, with its various channels, in raising awareness of the issue of investment, which is the focus of the state's attention after the economic recession that swept the country following the revolutions which occurred in the past few years.
- The importance of studying the Egyptian public working abroad in order to monitor their attitudes towards these projects and to monitor the role of television in promoting investment in these national projects among this important segment.

- This study is set to contribute to the development of promotion activities on satellite channels for government projects by studying the effects of television advertising in raising awareness.
