Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of digital media in promoting health awareness in the United Arab Emirates by analyzing the content of two leading newspapers, "Al-Ittihad" and "Al-Bayan." Using a descriptive analytical approach, quantitative data were collected from 500 media pieces published in 2023. The findings highlight the pivotal role of digital media in delivering innovative health messages focusing on chronic disease prevention, vaccination promotion, and healthy lifestyle encouragement. Editorial differences were noted between the newspapers, with "Al-Ittihad" emphasizing visual media such as infographics, while "Al-Bayan" prioritized in-depth analytical articles. The study demonstrates how digital media bridges the gap between health policies and the public, offering recommendations to enhance the use of artificial intelligence and institutional partnerships to improve the effectiveness of health media messages.
