This study aims to monitor and analyze scientific research that addresses issues related to sustainable health security, identifying the main intellectual approaches and theoretical models involved, leading to the proposal of a future guiding framework that ensures positive engagement with these issues through social media platforms. The study is descriptive in nature, relying on second-level qualitative analysis, in addition to quantitative analysis, using a snowball sampling method from previous studies, with a focus on research published in its full form as the unit of analysis. The total sample size of the studies analyzed was 43 studies; of which 21 were in English and 22 were in Arabic. The study concluded that there is a significant emphasis on addressing issues of sustainable health security related to health information and disease prevention methods, accounting for 95,34%. It also highlighted the active role of Facebook in disseminating sustainable health security issues, ranking first with 46,51% among various social media platforms, Government entities, specifically health institutions, managed to establish themselves in providing information related to these issues on these platforms, with a rate of 67,44%, True and internal information dominated at a rate of 62,79%. Regarding the Top of Form Cognitive Effects, Bottom of Form They included a positive effect on the informational level of users, their behaviors, attitudes, and future expectations. A vision was presented for the mechanisms to address these issues on social media platforms at three levels: (1) communicators via social media, (2) decision-makers and officials in the Ministry of Health, and (3) researchers at various stages of higher education. This serves the dimensions of sustainable development in general and achieves the interests of individuals and society in particular.
