Abstract:
The study sought to identify the determinants of the public's continued use of health applications, as digital communication channels, and their role in shaping their health awareness, within the framework of Egypt's Vision 2030. It used the media survey method, the comparative method, and the correlation method. The study relied theory of technological determinism and the health beliefs mode, the questionnaire and the content analysis form. The analytical study was applied to two digital health applications (100 Million Health - Al-Tabib "Consult - Doctor"), while the field study was applied to a deliberate sample of users of digital health applications. The sample amounted to (200 individuals). The study concluded with a number of results,
The services provided by the two applications under study varied according to their affiliation. as utilitarian motives are presented in exposure to digital health applications compared to ritual motives.
