Smart Data management platform tools and their role in the success of advertising campaigns

Abstract

The huge amount of data that can be collected about potential customers is amazing, but trying to organize and analyze all that data to make the most of it is a real problem. Especially if the tools used don't easily send data back and forth, or aren't fully integrated. In some cases, this causes the problem of downloading excess data for many marketing agencies, and not making the best use of it in preparing successful advertising campaigns. This is precisely why many companies have turned to data management platforms that integrate all data channels into one easily accessible system when setting up their advertising campaigns.
The field of big data has become the most expanding emerging field, and with the passage of time and the expansion of the use of the Internet and its entry into all the details of life, the use of big data in marketing operations will not only be a competitive advantage, but it is inevitable for companies to remain in the circle of competition. So the problem of research in identifying the tools of data management platforms used as a main base in collecting data of the audience dealing with any applications on the Internet, analyzing it and using it in preparing successful advertising campaigns. It depends on its success in targeting and gaining satisfaction with the expectant audience, in addition to achieving the desired success for companies.
The results found that the tools of smart data management platforms helped marketers to speed up the completion of tasks when preparing advertising campaigns, and to achieve superior accuracy in the results while saving time and effort, because of their ability to deduce the future behavior of consumers. The research recommends marketers to search and learn continuously about the best tools offered by different platforms, because technological development and the employment of artificial intelligence show new tools and develop others every period. It also contributed to providing multiple data that can be relied upon in different marketing methods to prepare successful advertising campaigns.
