Evaluation of Educational Media Students for Citizen Journalist’s Performance from The Ethical Perspective According to Their Academic Studies

This study aims to identifying evaluation of educational media students for citizen journalist’s performance from the ethical perspective according to their academic studies, through identifying the skills related to ethical standards that some academic courses seek to provide it, as well as detection the extent of citizen journalist commitment with ethical standards in his journalistic coverage, through field study is applied on intentional sample of (300) male and female from educational media students in the third and fourth academic year at the faculties of specific education - Egyptian universities (Benha, Cairo and Ain Shams), during the period from 1/4/2021 to 15/5/2021. This study uses questionnaire form as tools for data collection as a part of the sample survey method. The obtained results indicated that:

7% of educational media students confirmed that the academic courses contribute in providing them with ethical standards to a great extent.
7% of educational media students have referred to Commitment Citizen Journalist of moral standards (In average).
