This study derives its dimensions through the systematic use of the theory of social responsibility, which crystallizes a social, professional and legislative framework directed at the performance of satellite channels, in order to achieve the societal interest. By studying the impact of immoral contents on satellite channels on a sample of students from Cairo and Sohag universities, the sample confirmed its negative attitude towards what is content on satellite channels, regardless of their scientific and economic affiliation. The professors of psychology and sociology also stressed the dangerous effects of intense exposure over long periods to immoral contents on the psychological and social development of young people, warning of the need to control the broadcasting of such contents. Satellite channels to play an enlightening role in society.
