Abstract

Public opinion polls have become a striking phenomenon in Egypt, as they surround the public on the Internet, on social networks, in newspapers and satellite channels, and have become an integral part of the press and informational material in the mass media. And the media, where the scientific application of this is embodied in the new journalistic trend that calls for the use of social scientific research methods and tools in journalistic work that needs new tools, foremost of which are statistics, survey studies, public surveys, political surveys, field experiments, public records, and data processing by computers. e
