Communication ways in digital platforms for corporate social responsibility and their role in managing social dialogue and achieving sustainable development goals:

Abstract

 In light of the spread and expansion of the influence of digital media and digital platforms in the world, talk about activating the media arm to serve the purposes of development is no longer a luxury of research, but rather a necessity necessitated by the social and economic conditions in the Arab countries on the one hand, and by the transformations of the media and communication landscape and its increasing societal effects on the other hand. It believes in the important role of corporate social responsibility and its role in managing societal dialogue and achieving sustainable development goals. The conference held at the University of California in 1972 under the slogan "Social Responsibility of Business Organizations" recommended the necessity of obligating all economic institutions to take care of the social aspects of the environment, contribute to social development and abandon the philosophy of profit maximization for a single goal.
The research was concerned with monitoring the communication methods of the CSR Egypt platform, which includes the social responsibility activities of 141 companies aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development in Egypt, to come up with a proposed vision for appropriate forms of communication to activate social dialogue at all levels, and to spread the culture of sustainable development to be adopted by state institutions, which ultimately helps to achieve fully sustainable development goals.
The research reached a proposed vision for effective digital communication methods based on corporate social responsibility to achieve sustainable development goals represented in the importance of providing helpful information in various forms of communication, ease of use of the platform, to retain visitors to the platform and encourage re-visit, and finally the availability of interactive dialogue opportunities.
