Using Electronic Applications as Digital Communication Channels in the light of Egypt's Vision 2030

Digital technologies are one of the most important media used to raise awareness of sustainable development and its importance, especially in the health field. Many digital technologies have been used, including electronic media applications in the health field, which is one of the pillars of sustainable development under Egypt’s Vision 2030. Achieving it without raising the information and technological level by using digital and technological applications in light of the sustainable development of health care and keeping the media up to date with current events through the use of digital technology. The study’s problem was evaluating the mechanisms used in the application of Egypt’s health to keep pace with the goals of sustainable health development from health and awareness initiatives and guidelines through the management of the Corona crisis through the application, and the extent of continuity of updates in the application to keep pace with the concept of sustainable health development, and this study belongs to the field of descriptive research, Through content analysis The application of the health of Egypt, and it relied on the survey method, and was applied on a simple random sample of (325) individuals according to their demographic characteristics, and the sample was limited to the users of the application, and the study relied in its theoretical framework on the theory of media dependency theory. And it reached a set of results, the most important of which: 94% of the sample members were familiar with the advantages of the Egypt Health application, while the results confirmed that the most important concepts that the sample members should be familiar with are: e-health and remote work, and the majority of the sample members explained the role of smart applications in their knowledge. With important information about the prevention and control of corona and its impact in the field of health care, and about 96% of the study sample indicated that they had known the means of preventing corona through the use of the application, and about 84% of the study sample were keen on the sustainability of receiving medical information through the application, and 90 percent % of the sample actually benefited from the application in other health services without corona, but during the corona crisis, and 43% benefited from the applications in reporting and receiving responses, while 23% of those who received the results of the medical smear for corona, and PCR through the application, 21% confirmed receiving isolation advice And follow-up through the application, and there is a significant statistically significant relationship between the number of health news and interaction through the application, and there is a statistically significant increase in the number of news published on the application.
