Abstract

The study sought to develop a proposed strategic vision to keep pace with the rapid technological development in the field of media to achieve the requirements of the Egyptian national security, to identify the determinants and pillars of the proposed strategy, and to create a media system that fits with contemporary changes and to have the ability to confront the plans hostile to the Egyptian state, and the proposed strategy was based on the efforts that should be Through which the media system moves at all levels, whether international, regional or local, to achieve Egyptian national security - through a survey of the opinions of experts and specialists- The study found many proposed policies to keep pace with the rapid technological development in the field of media to achieve the requirements of national security, the most important of which are: Completing the system of legislation and laws necessary to keep pace with technological changes in general and artificial intelligence in particular in the media field so that the state can face the effects of the technologies and applications of rapid technological development in The media field, the speed of response to suspicious channels that use all legitimate and illegal methods to achieve their goals, such as falsifying facts, spreading false news and misleading public opinion to change its directions, Forming electronic committees of young specialists in all institutions to control the nature and volume of information received through social media and affecting the security and stability of society, forming a specialized committee to follow up on rapid developments in the media field globally to keep pace with and follow up on the international environment in this field, The proposed strategy contained a number of recommendations, most notably: training media cadres specialized in the political and security fields, through specialized training courses by experts with the help of international experts in this field, expanding the infrastructure of technology and artificial intelligence, building advanced and modern media cities to keep pace with and confront the current development Hostile media, creating a new generation of media professionals aware of the reality of the concept of national security and preserving the interests of the state, awareness of the new wars being hatched against the state, and knowledge of all its tools to deal with them and turn them to the hostile side.
