Within a few decades, Turkey developed an extensive network of economic, political, and military relations with Africa. It has become an indispensable partner for many countries of the continent, which clearly a major irritant for the Western imperialism and the United States due to their political and economic interests in Africa. This research analyzes the official news agencies’ content, Libyan news agencies Lana, Ethiopian Press.et and Suna, about the Turkish penetration on Africa, from January to December 2021, based on the application of the survey method, and the method of systematic comparison using the content analysis tool. And the form for determining the active forces. The results proved that Turkey didn’t depend, in its relations with the three African countries, on applying the humanitarian aspects, as it did with Somalia, by activating the role of civil society organizations and humanitarian relief organizations. In addition, Turkey presents itself to Africa as a middle country that seeks to support the countries located surroundings, without imposing an internal specific scenario to the policy of these countries locally, as USA in extend the human rights agendas or democratic expansion, also, Turkey succeeded in gaining African confirmation about its activities in Africa
