Abstract

The social, economic and environmental challenges facing all countries are increasing, as these challenges represent an obstacle to sustainable development efforts that developed and developing countries seek to achieve. One of the most prominent proposed ways to confront these challenges is to redefine the relationship between the citizen and the state, in order to achieve the restoration of citizen’s trust in governments. And his involvement in the decision-making process based on sharing data and information, then this concept developed and the term "open government" crystallized as an entry point through which sustainable development goals can be achieved.
