International and National Policies towards Cybercrime

Abstract

Our study addresses international and national policies towards tackling cybercrime, particularly after the recent increase in the rates of such crimes, which have had serious consequences, and after recognizing the importance of combating such crimes, we have sought to find many effective strategies to address these crimes in all its forms. To support all efforts to combat cybercrime with the aim of eliminating them.
Our study will address in the first chapter the statement of the legal framework for international cooperation on combating these crimes, both at the legislative and institutional levels, as well as the role of security and judicial assistance, as well as measures related to the extradition of criminals.
