Abstract

Organizations in different areas of activity in general, and universities in particular, face increasing challenges for them to work towards the continuous development of higher levels of productive efficiency, high competitiveness; Globalization, competitive pressures and advanced position in the race with universities, The growing aspirations of beneficiaries and their clients and the openness of alternative opportunities represent some of the most important sources of pressure and challenge for modern universities calling for the imperative of development and modernization in all its components and activities.
