Abstract

The importance of the study is determined by the study’s focus on evaluating the measures and methods taken by public relations in the field of awareness of the Corona epidemic, by measuring the attitudes of public relations practitioners on how to face the crisis and what are the procedures that public relations in the health field have relied on in managing the Corona crisis.
Among the most important results:
On the opinions of the respondents on how to provide the public with the opportunity to communicate during the occurrence of the Corona crisis, as listening to the public’s inquiries about the crisis came as one of the most important ways to provide the opportunity to communicate with the public, with an average of 2.37, and then listen well to the complaints of those affected by the crisis with an average of 2.34 respectively.
