Abstract

The study aims to know the actual nature of the practical training course in the Radio and Television Department to determine the role of those in charge of the educational process according to the actual needs by assessing the current situation and developing the academic study in the department in line with the requirements of the labor market and to uncover the problems that hinder practical training in the department, and to propose appropriate solutions In the form of a future plan
The most important results of the study and the results indicate that the students who realize the importance of training and training needs are the ones who have high levels of satisfaction with the current system of training, and thus are appointed with the available strengths and weaknesses that must be removed, so there is cohesion between the students and the problems of the department
The results also indicate the importance of field training and the students ’demand for it in a clear and even persistent way that they see training in private media institutions as the real tool for crystallizing their media talents and the way to enter the work market.
